Check-in and Check-out Times
The stay begins on Saturday at 4:00 PM and ends the following Saturday at 10:00 AM. Guests are expected to arrive by 10:00 PM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance.
Reservation and Payment
To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% prepayment of the total amount and a deposit of 1000 EUR, payable by bank transfer, to cover any potential damages. The deposit will be refunded after your stay, minus any applicable deductions.
Parking
Cars must be parked in the designated parking area. The driveway to the house is for loading and unloading luggage only.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and picking up after them. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Waste Sorting
Waste should be sorted in the kitchen and disposed of in the containers located behind the Tasting Room: paper, plastic, glass, and mixed waste.
Lost & Found
Items left behind may be returned at the guest’s expense.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the agritourism facility.
Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms tidy. Additional cleaning during the stay is available for an extra fee.
Check-in Procedure
Guests must present identification for all members of the party and provide credit card details (Visa, Mastercard) as a payment guarantee.
Payments
Cash payments are accepted up to a maximum of 5000 EUR.
Check-out Procedure
Please return the keys and inform us of any damages. Payment for any additional services will be collected upon check-out.
